Responsible for overseeing and leading a healthcare unit, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

*Unit Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*

Team supervision and leadership.

Staff scheduling and coordination.

Patient care oversight.

Compliance monitoring.

Documentation and record-keeping.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Safety protocols adherence.

Maintaining a well-organized unit.

Must be an RN in KY
