*Compensation*
* Salary options up to $55,000 annually with incentives available.
* $100 bonus for each THRIVE group.

*Responsibilities*
* Establish therapeutic rapport with individuals with mental, emotional, and or substance abuse issues.
* Communicate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate best practice care for our clients.
* Work closely with school administration and personnel.
* Provide evidence-based therapy.
* When necessary, attend school meetings for clients.
* Develop and review treatment plans.
* Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
* Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with Insurance company requirements.
* Work the THRIVE program when school is not in session.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields preferred
* A master's degree and appropriate license to practice mental health therapy (LPC, CSW, MFT, etc.) is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Ability to build rapport with clients.
* Professional and personal maturity.
* High emotional intelligence.
* Ability to navigate and utilize computer software with training.
*Bluegrass Professional Counseling is an outpatient multidisciplinary mental health practice serving central Kentucky in five offices. We offer services to all age groups, demographics, and diagnoses. We have a very supportive, welcoming team that is passionate about their profession.
