Develops new referral business relationships and builds loyalty to fulfill new business growth goals and objectives. Coordinates the administrative operations of physician and community outreach programs. Provides referrals and follow-up to health care resources in the hospital; promotes related Physician and community programs and services.
Job Responsibility
- Build relationships and serves as a single point of access for community and Physician Partners; provides on-going communication with provider groups to enhance awareness of organization programs, facilities, services and subspecialists to drive business to the organization.
- Supports integration, IPA, referral channel development, sessional, relationship management, interest in employment, and operational obstacles; offers solutions and provides timely follow up.
- Develops Referral Channels through various methods.
- Captures and maintains data to ensure identified concerns are resolved; escalates outstanding and high priority issues, as necessary.
- Identifies prospects for IPA alignment; recruits, performs site assessment, and works collaboratively with IPA team.
- Builds and maintains a living physician relationship management database.
- Provides stakeholders with clean and concise analytics in a timely fashion; gathers and reports market intelligence.
- Identifies issues, referral/business barriers and recommends solutions.
- Maintains knowledge of long/short-term organization strategic plans.
- Identifies and incorporates changes in the healthcare environment to increase referrals; incorporates knowledge of organization strategies when making recommendations.
- Partners in the development of marketing plans and materials.
- Prepares and reports monthly referral statistics; constructs models to evaluate business impact.
- Serves as a resource to team member in providing guidance and recommendations.
- Participates in the promotion of community education programs; develops data driven concepts, solutions and business plans that are aligned with established team goals and objectives.
- Liaises with Community Based and Faith Based Organizations to promote health and wellness in their community, such as community lectures, health screening and health fairs.
- Leverages knowledge of organization aspirations when making recommendations; identifies patterns in data to examine an issue, assesses options and comes to a recommendation.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
