POSITION SUMMARY - Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES - Providing crisis intervention, psychotherapy, family therapy, and comprehensive case management services for assigned patients/residents and their families.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - LBSW, LMSW, or LCSW. Need to have a Hawaii license as social worker.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - One (1) year professional social work experience in a healthcare setting. Current, valid driver’s license.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Days, 40hrs/week

SYSTEMS - Cerner

START DATE - 12/16/2024
