Social Worker - New Mexico

Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: New Mexico

Type of Facility: Outpatient Crisis Treatment Center

Length of Assignment: 13+ weeks

Start Date: Immediately

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (typically 8 AM - 5 PM, may vary)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide crisis intervention and treatment to walk-in patients of all ages

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for trauma patients

- Work independently to manage caseload and provide appropriate care

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including MDs, NPs, RNs, MAs, CNAs, and techs

- Participate in case management meetings and care coordination

- Utilize InSync EMR for patient documentation

- Contribute to the development of the new crisis unit

Requirements:

- Active New Mexico Social Work license (LCSW preferred, LMSW considered)

- Experience working with trauma patients of all ages

- Strong crisis intervention skills
