Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: Oregon

Start Date: Immediately

Length of Assignment: 26 weeks

Work Schedule: 8-9 hour shifts for 3-5 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Crisis supervision

• Suicide calls

• Psychotic episodes

• High anxiety/stress

• Looking at charts

• Other social work cases

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of supervisor experience as an LCSW

• Current Oregon state license

• LCSW certification
