Job Title: Social Worker

Job Location: Oregon

Length of Assignment: 26 weeks

Start Date: Late March

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts with some occasional call coverage

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide crisis intervention services as part of a two-person response team

- Handle crisis calls, including suicide prevention, psychotic episodes, and high anxiety/stress situations

- Collaborate with community partners, including law enforcement and local hospitals

- Conduct individual sessions with clients and participate in team meetings for crisis prevention

- Work with various programs to identify pre-crisis clients and implement preventive measures

- Provide post-crisis intervention and support

- Meet with residential clients at multiple facilities (distances vary from 0.5 to 22 miles)

- Respond to crisis calls within 20 minutes

- Participate in on-call rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, covering nights and weekends)

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Social Work or qualification as a QMHP

- At least 2 years of crisis experience

- CPR and Mental Health certifications are a plus (can be provided if needed)
