Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology (may be a CCC or CFY)
• Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationship with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and their representatives and the community.

As a SLP in a SNF, you will perform screens, evaluations, and treatment for residents who are short term and long-term stay. Treatment and assessment most commonly include: dysphagia, cognition, dysarthria, and expressive-receptive language. Our SNF utilizes Optima rehab software for all clinical documentation.

CFYs - we offer a robust mentorship program led by our compliance and education department to ensure you have a positive CFY experience with plenty of support.

This SNF ranges from 190-210 Census.
