Hourly rate for Clinical Manager: $45-$48/hour

Hours/Schedule: Ideally would like someone to start at 20-30 hours/week and build to fulltime 40 hours.

The Clinical Manager (CM) is responsible for coordinating the speech, occupational, and physical therapy coverage on a daily basis. The Clinical Manager makes recommendations to the Director(s) of Rehabilitation (DOR), Regional Director of Rehabilitation, and/or Division Director regarding staffing, equipment and budgets. The Clinical Manager is responsible for all hiring and termination of employees and contractors in coordination with the DOR. The Clinical Manager is also responsible for program development, continuous quality improvement and staff/student continuing education in coordination with the DOR. The Clinical Manager position will include job duties of a speech-language pathologist, physical therapist, or occupational therapist dependent upon the manager's licensure. The Clinical Manager also participates with office administration to coordinate therapy services at Cole Pediatric Therapy.

Qualified Candidates for this Speech Therapy/Clinical Manager position shall have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy
  • License in Speech Language Pathology
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
