Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital (APD) is a 25-bed hospital nestled in Lebanon, NH. Lebanon is located on the Connecticut River, right in the heart of New Hampshire Valley. Home to some of the most beautiful country in the word, Lebanon offers multiple museums and many miles of hiking trails and ski areas for the winter sports enthusiast!

Minimum 1 year of experience - Required
CBSPD or IAHCSMM Certified - Required at time of submission. WE CANNOT SUBMIT YOUR TRAVELER WITHOUT CERTIFICATION. SUBMISSION WITHOUT CERTIFICATION WILL DELAY YOUR SUBMISSION TO THE FACILITY.
Level I or II Trauma Center/Teaching Hospital Experience - Required
SSN and DOB
