Surgical Technologist - Operating Room - Travel - (Surg Tech - OR)

Pay Rate: $1314.54 - $1448.68



Number of beds in unit: 16 ORs
Scope of role: working in the OR, assisting surgeons by preparing the surgical field, passing instruments and supplies during surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth flow or procedures, will be assisting and passing in cases, assisting in turning over OR rooms etc to keep the surgical cases flowing

Required skills: must have recent experience in spinal and cranial neuro surgery, da Vinci robotics experiences, and ortho trauma experience

This 396-bed tertiary care facility, features Level II verified adult and pediatric trauma centers and an accredited cancer care program. In addition, this facility has achieved advanced certification from The Joint Commission for ventricular assist devices and was the first hospital in northern Indiana to perform transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
