Therapist (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)-Cleveland, OH

A non-profit organization in Cleveland, OH, is seeking full-time Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Therapists and School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists to join their expanding team, with positions available on both the East and West sides of Cuyahoga County.

*IHBT Therapist*: Provide critical support to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges to prevent out-of-home placements or ensure smooth transitions back home. Conduct assessments, offer counseling, and provide crisis intervention.

*School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist*: Deliver mental health services in a school setting. Conduct intakes, collaborate with school staff, provide psychotherapy, and consult with professionals, parents, and students on mental and emotional needs.

*Qualifications*: Master’s degree in social work or counseling with a minimum of LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC required.

*Position Highlights:*

·Salary- $55k-78k -Depending on qualifications/experience
