*Qualifications:*
* Current State Certification
* CPR Certification
* 6 Months of CNA/CMA Experience (LTC or Hospital)
* Updated TB Results, MMR, Varicella, Hep B
* Reliable Transportation
* Willingness to Travel
* Strong Communication and Computer Skills
* Professional Appearance
* Background Check, OIG and Random Drug Testing
