Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Rochester, NY. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical environment, provide high-quality patient care, and gain diverse clinical experience while enjoying the flexibility of a travel nursing assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or compact state eligibility.
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
• BLS, ACLS, and other specialty certifications as required by the unit.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
