Job Description
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a BC/BE Urologist at INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The opportunity is employed and would offer a 1 in 2 call group that includes highly experienced Urologists. The clinic location is conveniently located on the Southwest Medical Center campus, providing easy transition from OP clinic to surgery.
INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center is a 400-bed comprehensive medical center offering a full range of medical, support and rehabilitation services. The INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center Surgery Center recently completed a $15 million dollar renovation project including 10 new operating rooms and 36 surgical suites. We also offer Robotic Surgery with the da Vinci SI.

Responsibilities
The Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
- Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
- Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
- Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
- Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
- Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
- Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
- The Physician is responsible for patients.
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
