*ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:*

∙ Work Type: Travel

∙ Location: Prescott -AZ

∙ Title: X-Ray Tech

∙ Certifications: BLS, ARRT, COVID Vaccination + Booster,

∙ Start Date: 09/10/2024

∙ Shift length: 8 hrs.

∙ Shift:
Sundays- 10am-1030p, Monday - Wednesday 1400-1030p total 36 hours per week

Notes: 2 years of experience;

RADIOLOGY - Xray
- General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.): BLS, ARRT, state licensure
- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Inpatient/ ER. Not as much outpatient. Will
not float between campuses.
- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: West- Would handle cases in
OR, ortho, spine, uro as well as general studies.: East- smaller hospital- Must be able to
do CT and XRAY at EAST campus only
